Many researchers have had to be content with 'good enough' for far too long!

The fit between recruitment criteria and sample delivered not being good enough. Participants are not motivated. Too many repeat/ professional participants. Participants are unreliable and don't show up. Participants can't communicate very well. Recruitment could be faster. Project management could be better. Progress updates could be more frequent and/ or accurate. Participant sources could be more transparent.

It really does feel (given the above) that qual researchers have reason to complain. Or, at least, weren't enjoying the painless/ effortless recruitment experience they desired.

Which can't have offered researchers the best possible opportunity to deliver great research and shine in front of their own clients.

At Gromotion, we are on a mission to improve qual research by improving the quality of participants and service provided.
